 CHOC CHIP COOKIE CUPCAKES
4OZ SELF RAISING FLOUR
4OZ CASTER SUGAR
4OZ BUTTER
1OZ COCO POWDER
2 EGGS
CHOC CHIPS

CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM:
1OZ COCO POWDER
1OZ MELTED CHOCOLATE
2 ICING SUGAR
4OZ BUTTER

HEY GUYSSS! SO TODAYS CAKES LOOK KINDA BORING, BUT THESE ARE THE TASTIEST CHOCOLATE CAKES IVE EVER BAKED! HONESTLY THEY TASTE SOOOO GOOD! OKAY SO I MADE A NORMAL CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX, BUT ALSO ADDED CHOC CHIPS, I PUT THEM IN THE OVEN AND JUST BEFORE THEY WERE READY I SPRINKLED MORE CHOC CHIPS ON THE TOP, I COOLED THEM AND THEN USED A WILTON M1 NOZZLE.. TO BE HONEST I LIKED THE SOUND OF THIS NOZZLE BUT EVERYTIME I USE IT IM NEVER HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS SO I THINK IM GOING TO STICK TO MY CHEAP PLASTIC ONES! BUT YEAH ANYWAY I ADD MELTED CHOCOLATE TO MY ICING AS IT MAKES IT TASTE EXTRA CHOCOLATEY AND THEN STUCK HALF A MARYLAND COOKIE IN THE MIDDLE. IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THESE HOWEVER THE INSIDE IS SOO LIGHT AND FLUFFY BUT REALLY CHOCOLATEY AND THE THE ICING AND COOKIE AND EVERYTHING TOGETHER IT LITERALLY MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! I WANT EVERYBODY TO EXPERIENCE THE MARYLAND COOKIE CUPCAKE TO ACTUALLY REALIZE THEY TASTE NICER THAN WHAT THEY LOOK!
